As we close the chapter on the first month of the new year, I want to end with a "seed" of thought into something that is incredibly important.  I hope this article I wrote encourages your decision to choose lifestyle products consciously.  In all things we have the power to choose.  As we walk forward in this new season, let's commit to caring for our body as the gift it is.

Why do I choose to source my products from Young Living?

1. Conscious Purchasing: I believe that ‘money talks.’  By that I mean, where we shop demonstrates what we support.  What sort of values, and company missions do we want to support by purchasing their products?  As consumers, we have the powerful potential to influence our world by being intentional about where we invest the dollars we choose to spend.  I appreciate Young Living’s philanthropic work all over the world, and love that my purchases are going to end things likesex trafficking, and slave labor not support it.  Learn more about the work you contribute to when you do something as simple as order a tube of toothpaste or mascara from Young Living.

2.Environmental Awareness:  Through the 5X5 pledge, and many other cutting-edge initiatives, Young Living is leading the way as a company that chooses to steward the planet with care.  One of the five pledges is to have a zero carbon print in the next five years.  I believe environmental awareness is important, and I choose to support a company that feels the same way.  All of our plant-based products come from the nurture of natures garden, and our amazing oils, the life-energy of nature itself cause me to feel a sense of connection to the care of God’s design. I take delight in knowing I am enjoying products from a source that honors creation and regards the life that it brings.

3. Sourcing: I know there is no “gate-keeper” when it comes to what is in our products – from personal care to supplements. I love that Young Living sources only the purest ingredients to create products for my family.  I love that nothing I put on my skin has a warning label that reads “If swallowed call poison control.”  I am at ease knowing my makeup, my skin care routine, and my household items like my cleaner, hand wash, laundry soap etc. are all free of harmful ingredients that are now more and more proving to be linked to health risks such as Cancer.

4.Giving Back:  Not only does Young Living give back to the world, but Young Living gives back to me.  Every month, they provide me more time freedom.  I believe time is a currency in itself.  I appreciate the convenience of sourcing quality products that are shipped FREE to my door.  This is convenient, and much appreciated so that my weekends and evening can be spent focusing on what I love.  Young Living also gives back by sharing with me free products each month.  Products they carefully selected to align with each season to give me additional support.  I also appreciate the Young Living business model that considers me part of a team.  When I share products that bring wellness to others, I actually get a financial appreciation check for sharing.  Rather than choosing big department store shelf space, Young Living invests that money into us believing commerce and finance should be in the hands of people like you and me.

Thank you for being a part of something so grand, so full of LIFE.   Thank you for supporting your friends, and your family, the ones to who introduced you to such an abundant way of life.  Your purchases are making a difference.  You are blessing your body, and blessing the world, starting with the world right outside your door.  To find a company that cares about YOU in return; your wellness, your purpose, and creating a vehicle for abundance and prosperity in everything you do is a gift.  This is the Young Living difference.  Something I have rarely found offered from a department store.

I am in awe of the beauty and the provision found in nature.  You hold the power of these plants in the palm of your hand. The healing essence of essential oils.
